Fasting?

I just read Laurrane's blog about her reading Justin's blog about him fasting.
I just wanna give you guys a word of encouragement here...
Keep it up guys...denying yourselves things of the world esp things you like is really hard but God really values your sacrifice.
Don't give in to the temptation.!!!
